| Louis
Mostyn
Born in the
heartland of Ontario, Midland, in 1933, Louis received
his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University
of Toronto in 1955. He continued his studies at Osgoode
Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in the Province
of Ontario in 1959.
He received his Master
of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1980, with a focus
on Commercial Law. After years of distinguished service
as a member of the Ontario Bar, he was also appointed
Queen's Counsel in 1980. In 1991, he was presented his
LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, in recognition of
his previous studies.
He serves as a member of
the Advocate's
Society.
Louis Mostyn has
litigated at all levels of trial and appeal court in Ontario.
He has had a varied practice throughout his career, and
now focuses on civil litigation, insurance litigation,
personal injury, motor vehicle law, professional negligence,
and wills and estates.

| Tony
O. Afecto
Raised
in Kingston, Ontario, Tony attended Queen's University
where he received his B.Sc (Hons) in Biology. He later
attended Queen's Law School where he earned his LL.B.
in 1998. Tony was called to the Bar in the Province of
Ontario in 2000.
Tony is bilingual in English
and Portuguese, and is active within the Portuguese community.
Tony has a rich practice
in civil litigation, where he focuses on insurance litigation,
personal injury, motor vehicle law, professional negligence,
and wills and estates.
