Testimonials

“Louis Mostyn has been in my life since our childhoods. In these 65-odd years, I have been solved so many civil litigations. Louis has advised me on many issues including estates issues. His experience and direction has been exceptional as a Q.C. Lawyer, advisor and friend. His office support staff are most efficient.” Robert J. Clegg Bobb, Toronto, Ontario
“I operate a corporate finance boutique serving needs of typically smaller Canadian companies. On different occasions I have worked with Mostyn and Mostyn on difficult and tricky transactions; among them a completed divestiture of a family business, and in another an attempt to extradite a client from a perilous litigation situation. In both cases I found Mostyn and Mostyn to be timely, professional, collegial, and effective.” George H.R. Goldsmith, President The Rosmir Group. 805 – 278 Bloor Street E., Toronto, Ontario M4W 3M4
“He (Tony Afecto) has tremendous civil litigation skills. I’ve never known another lawyer more prepared or focused. He has the ability to dissect a case much like a skilled surgeon, with absolute calm. Nothing seems to rattle this guy or distract him from his goal on a case, which of course, makes him extremely tough to beat. He’s also one of the most ethical lawyers I’ve ever know.” Anisur Rahman (Shaheen), Toronto, Ontario
“Attorney Tony Afecto and his team at Mostyn and Mostyn provided excellent quality services. I always felt that my needs were met and that the firm was invested in me and my case. They were easily accessible, got back to me quickly, aggressive and got me the results that I wanted. Attorney Tony Afecto and his staff all produced the quality of an attorney that anyone would want when hiring a personal injury law attorney.” Azad Rahman, Toronto, Ontario
